How-to
How to create bulk WhatsApp links and QR codes
Four steps take a contact list to click-to-chat links: import and clean numbers, write or translate the message, generate links and QR codes, then copy, export, or follow up.
Import and clean numbers
Upload CSV or .xlsx, paste text, or type tags. The app checks format, adds a country code when it is missing, and drops duplicates. Free allows 10 numbers per batch; Pro allows 500; Business has no batch cap. Legacy .xls files are not supported.
Write the pre-filled message
The optional text= parameter is the first message the chat shows. Use your own copy, a saved template, or AI in a chosen tone and language. Variants assign slightly different wording so a batch does not look identical.
Generate links and QR codes
One action builds a wa.me URL per valid number. Copy a single link, export CSV or TXT, download one QR image, or zip QR codes for the whole batch for print.
Send or follow up
Open chats one by one in the browser with a manual confirm, or push the queue to the Chrome extension (Pro and Business) so windows open at your interval, with optional random delay and quiet hours.
Keep numbers on the device
Cleaning and link generation stay in the browser. Numbers are not uploaded to our servers. Export or delete account data later from Profile if you need a record elsewhere.
