The Service & Acceptance
WA Link Generator provides WhatsApp chat-link and QR-code generation, bulk phone-number management, AI copywriting and translation assistance, and a Chrome extension that performs bulk sending in your own browser. By registering an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must register with a valid email address (or sign in with Google) and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and credentials safe; losses from poor safekeeping are yours. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts used for scraping, account theft, malicious requests, or other abuse.
Acceptable Use
You agree to send messages only to contacts who are entitled to hear from you and have consented to receive them, and to comply with the WhatsApp Terms of Service, anti-spam laws, and the laws of your region. Using the Service for fraud, harassment, unsolicited commercial messages, or any illegal purpose is prohibited. Losses from breaching these obligations — including restriction or banning of your WhatsApp account — are yours.
Subscriptions & Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically; you may cancel anytime and service continues until the end of the current period. One-time purchases (points packs, daily unlocks) are paid via BEPUSDT. Prices and plans are as shown at checkout; changes are announced in advance.
Points & Virtual Goods
Points are earned through registration, daily check-ins, referrals, or purchases, and offset AI usage and payments. Points are a virtual benefit with no cash value; they cannot be cashed out, transferred, or refunded. Points packs and daily unlocks are one-time entitlements and are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Refund Policy
The Service consists of digital goods that take effect immediately after payment. Cancelling a subscription only stops future charges; the current period’s fee is generally non-refundable. One-time purchases are non-refundable once used. For duplicate charges, material service defects, or cases where law requires a refund, email [email protected] — verified claims are refunded via the original payment channel.
AI-Generated Content
AI copywriting and translation are produced by third-party AI platforms and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; review before sending. We do not guarantee uninterrupted AI availability (it depends on upstream platforms) and are not liable for consequences arising from AI-generated content.
Chrome Extension & Automated Sending
The extension operates your own WhatsApp Web account inside your browser to deliver messages. You understand and agree that automated operation may not comply with WhatsApp’s terms and carries a risk of account restriction or banning; send-rate and night-slowdown settings are configured and owned by you. Using the extension means you accept these risks voluntarily.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The software, interface, and content of this website belong to the Service operator and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; this Service is an independent tool, not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruption, data loss, indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by misuse; our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the event.
Termination & Governing Law
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate your account and stop serving you if you breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, dispute resolution) remain in force after termination. These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of business; disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; updates are published on this page with a date, and material changes are announced on-site or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
